This photo was taken directly south of the dump on Concession 12 in Brock (one kilometer east of Wilfrid).

As you can see in this photo, the Brock dump is rearing it's ugly head above the trees. What's it going to look like when it goes up another 30 feet with the 126,000 tonnes? ...or Durham’s ultimate goal of 120 feet higher and 850,000 tonnes of garbage?
